About these terms

These terms govern this website. They are not the terms of an engagement: if you go on to work with Scaleops.ai, that work runs under a separate written agreement signed by both of us, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we offer

We build and run AI phone agents, chatbots, lead capture, websites and automations. Everything described on this site is a description of what we do — an invitation to get in touch, not a binding offer. Scope, price, timelines and service levels are agreed in writing before any work begins, and nothing published here obliges either of us on its own.

Enquiries and bookings

When you send an enquiry, please make sure what you tell us is accurate, and please do not send sensitive personal data, confidential information belonging to someone else, or anything you are not free to share. The enquiry form is a first contact, not a secure channel.

Booking a call commits neither of us to anything beyond the call itself.

Acceptable use

You may read, share and link to this site freely. You may not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
• interfere with its availability for other people, including by automated load
• scrape it systematically for commercial reuse
• use it for anything unlawful, or send anything unlawful to us through it
• misrepresent who you are or who you act for when contacting us

Intellectual property

The design, copy, wordmark and code of this site belong to Scaleops.ai or to those we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site, or a substantial part of it, without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

This site links to services we do not control, and may embed a calendar provider. Following a link or using an embed means accepting that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, or for how they handle your data.

Availability and accuracy

We publish this site as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, that it will be uninterrupted, or that any figure or example on it will be matched in your own case. Results described here are illustrative, not a promise of outcome.

We may change, move or remove anything on the site at any time.

Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes arising from them fall under the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top of it, is always the current one. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
